Credit card users with the popular online bank can now earn loyalty points with every spend and redeem them for a range of perks like flights, hotels, and gift cards.
Revolut has extended its RevPoints loyalty programme to include its credit card customers, meaning users can now earn points every time they tap or swipe with their card.
The points can then be redeemed for a wide range of rewards including airline miles, hotel stays, gift cards with popular brands, and cultural and entertainment experiences.
The loyalty programme originally launched in June 2024 for Revolut’s debit card users, but a more generous version is now available for credit card holders too.
How does it work?
Pretty much every time you spend with your credit card you'll earn rewards points, which are called RevPoints.
The number of points you earn depends on the type of Revolut account you have. For example, a standard account holder will earn 1 point for every €10 they spend, while Ultra account holders will earn 1 point for every €1 spent.
It’s free to join the programme, and you can sign up in seconds via the Revolut app.
And if you're feeling generous with your spare change, Revolut’s got a feature for that too!
With RevPoints SpareChange, you can choose to round up your purchases to the nearest euro, and exchange the spare change for points. For example, if you spend €4.50 on your morning coffee, it would round up to €5.00, with 50c converted into points.

What do the points get you?
Revolut gives the example of an Ultra plan user spending €2,500 per month, which would earn them 10,000 RevPoints in less than three months — enough for €200 off hotel accommodation via Stays, or a return flight to London when converted to Avios (AerClub).
However, many rewards are available for less than 1,000 points. So you don’t necessarily need to be a big spender to benefit.
Credit card features still matter
While rewards programmes are a nice bonus, they shouldn’t be the main thing swaying your decision when it comes to choosing a credit card.
Features such as the interest rate, budgeting and management tools, and payment options are arguably much more important.
And here Revolut's credit card performs well.
It has a competitive APR of 17.99% and its comes with an introductory rate of 0% on purchases and 0% on balance transfer for the first three months.
It also has a handy instalment plan option. With this feature you can buy something with your credit card and choose to put the purchase onto an “instalment plan” and pay it back over three, six, nine, or 12 equal monthly intervals or instalments. And you’ll be charged a much lower interest rate of just 9.50% (9.98% APR) on these purchases.
And being Revolut, you’ll get lots of detailed analytics and data on your spending within the Revolut app too of course.
Compare before you commit
RevPoints may be a nice bonus — but always compare all your credit card options before applying.
Consider things like fees, the interest rate, and repayment flexibility to find the card that truly works best for your needs.
