- This savings account does not permit regular deposits to be made
- Interest First Fixed Term Deposit account customers receive an account opening letter, stating the amount invested, the term, the rate and the total investment (including credit interest) at maturity
- Receive all your interest upfront within 30 days of account opening

- Interest payments are subject to Deposit Interest Retention Tax (DIRT) at the prevailing rate

- If a withdrawal is required before maturity on an Interest First account the account will be closed, an early withdrawal charge will apply and any interest paid to you in respect of the unexpired deposit term (that is the period between the date of the withdrawal and the maturity date of the investment) will also be deducted from the account
