The service was very good. The communication was always clear and timely. Colin Kirrane on the life protection team was very helpful in navigating my application and keeping me informed at all stages. Very personable to deal with. I am also working with Charlie Martin on the mortgage team currently, who is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Gas and electricity switch

Simple to use and got great value by switching. The new facility of being able to upload utility bills is excellent.
