Is it cheaper to go dual fuel?

Sometimes customers prefer the added convenience of having just one supplier for their gas and electricity and therefore only one direct debit. However it's not necessarily always cheaper to bundle your energy. Depending on your individual usage and circumstances, opting for separate suppliers can sometimes be cheaper. The best thing is to always check out bonkers.ie before you sign up for any new deal as prices and plans can change on a weekly basis.
