Rates advertised for Energia NightSaver customers apply to the first 3,000 day units and 2,000 night units per bi-monthly billing cycle. Units used above these thresholds will be charged at the standard rates of 38.3 (ex. VAT) / 41.75 (inc. VAT) cent per day unit and 18.37 (ex. VAT) / 20.02 (inc. VAT) cent per night unit.

Direct debit with FixPay
FixPay is an optional way to help you manage your bills with Energia. FixPay allows you to fix the amount you pay every month so you can effectively budget for your electricity & gas. Your bills stay the same each month and at the end of the 12 months any difference between the payments you’ve made and the amount due will be brought forward to your following year’s account. Direct debit customers frequently benefit from higher savings.
Security Deposit
Energia may request a security deposit from you in advance of the provision of the Energy supply. During the term of supply Energia may increase an existing security deposit or request a new security deposit from you if:
(a) you don’t meet Energia’s credit criteria;
(b) you fail to pay or are late in paying any amount due to Energia (including the security deposit); or
(c) as a result of your conduct.
