That’s why we hold the bonkers.ie Awards each year — to recognise and reward the companies we feel are offering exceptional value and service to consumers in Ireland.

Now in their tenth year, the 2026 bonkers.ie have become a much-anticipated event in the business calendar, and will take place in the Mansion House in Dublin on 26th February 2026.

And the wait is finally over! The nominees for the 2026 bonkers.ie Awards have officially been announced...

This year there are 17 award categories across a variety of sectors such as banking, energy, communications and insurance as well as the Grand Prix award, which is chosen by the judges from the winners of all the other award categories and comes with the title of "Best Consumer Business".

    Judging

    All categories are judged by bonkers.ie with the help of a carefully selected panel of industry experts with years of experience in their chosen profession, with entrepreneur, broadcaster, and former "Dragon" Bobby Kerr chairing the judging panel.

    Shortlisted companies are also able to submit any supporting documentation which they feel will help the judges decide on a winner.

    Keep up to date

    The awards will be announced at our black-tie ceremony on Thursday 26th February 2026 in the Round Room at the Mansion House in Dublin, with Irish comedian Jason Byrne as host.
