You can keep your home warm for less this winter thanks to Flogas and its exclusive offer with

It's been a tough year for the Irish consumer with price hikes aplenty in the gas and electricity department, but Flogas is here just in time to help keep your home cosy for less this winter.

25% off standard unit rate

Flogas is offering a 25% gas discount to customers who sign up via from today until 28th February 2019. The offfer was due to expire at the end of January but has now been extended due to popular demand!

This is good news after what has proved to be a rather tough year on the pockets of energy customers as there have been uniform hikes in prices from suppliers.

The recent hikes were said to reflect the rise in gas prices on wholesale markets, but this latest deal will land just in time for the holiday season.

This comes on the back of news from the Government that they will extend the fuel allowance season from 27 to 28 weeks, and data from the EU statistical agency Eurostat which says that Ireland has the second highest rate of homes among peer countries in the EU who lack the funds to adequately warm their house throughout the harsh winter months.

More than €40 off the annual standing charge

As well as giving new customers 25% off their standard unit gas rate, Flogas has also cut its annual standing charge from €109.56 to €65.83, helping you save even more.

Switching energy supplier

Squeezing every last cent can be trying, however staying vigilant and switching regularly can keep you ahead of the curve when it comes to paying lower prices.

There are a total of ten energy suppliers on the market now, so there’s no shortage of choice when it comes to price plans. There are some significant sign-up incentives on offer including cashback offers and discounted rates.
