Dying to get your hands on the new iPhone 8 or the next level iPhone X we’ve been hearing so much about? The good news is, you’ll soon be able to with Virgin Mobile. Read on for the details.

Virgin Mobile has announced that it will be ranging the Apple iPhone 8 with prices starting from €229 on Virgin Mobile’s Unlimited Contract from the 22nd of September. That’s just a week away people!

The 64GB model will be available in Gold and Space Grey.

What about plans?

Buying an Apple iPhone is different with a Virgin Mobile ‘Freestyle’ contract.  It gives customers greater flexibility to:

  1. Choose the plan, the phone and the contract length they want to best meet their needs.

  2. Change their plan up or down any month.

  3. Upgrade their phone whenever they want, and without penalty – simply pay off the balance of the phone

David Duffy, Devices Manager of Virgin Mobile said: “Our Freestyle contracts give people better value, more flexibility and greater control over the way they pay for their mobile plan. We have also extended our handset offering with the inclusion of the Apple iPhone 8 from €229 upfront for Virgin Media customers.

“Virgin Mobile customers want fast speeds, flexibility and plans packed full of data.  This winning combination means that customers have greater flexibility and a service which is available everywhere in Ireland.”

Hold on, what about the iPhone X?

Those of us still holding out for the premium iPhone X will have to wait a little longer. The model will launch with Virgin Mobile on the 3rd of November and pricing details are to be announced at a later date.
