How to save money on your bills this winter

The first thing to do is switch your energy supplier. By switching you get a great discount of maybe 30% - 40% off a provider's standard unit rates which could in turn save you upwards of €500 on the cost of your bills.

The other thing is to look at the little things you can do around the home to use less energy, so not overfilling the kettle, using LED energy-saver lightbulbs, and tackling draughts.
