The consumers of Ireland are being given the chance to win two VIP tickets to the bonkers.ie Awards on March 30th, along with a stay in the spectacular Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin. To enter, consumers just have to let us know who should win the Best Customer Service category at the awards before 5pm on March 8th.
There are just over three weeks to go until the inaugural bonkers.ie Awards and we’re inviting you to have your say on who should win the Best Customer Service category.
By casting your vote, you will be entered into a draw to win two tickets to the black-tie ceremony in the Round Room at The Mansion House on March 30th, as well as a one-night stay in the Shelbourne Hotel.
How can I enter?
To enter, simply visit bonkersawards.ie/vote, cast your vote and enter your email address before 5pm on March 8th.
The winner will be announced on Friday, March 10th.
What does the prize include?
The winner will be given two VIP tickets to the bonkers.ie Awards along with a one-night stay for two in Dublin's Shelbourne Hotel.
The awards ceremony, which will take place in the Round Room at the Mansion House on March 30th, will kick-off with a drinks reception at 6.30pm which will be followed by a three-course meal.
When the ceremony ends, the winner and their guest will be able to stroll around the corner to the Shelbourne Hotel, where they will have a reservation in a premium double room. Check out is at 12pm on Friday, March 31st and breakfast is included.
The judging process
There are thirteen carefully selected categories at the bonkers.ie Awards, twelve of which will be judged entirely by our independent, expert judging panel, which is chaired by Bobby Kerr.
In the case of the Best Customer Service category, the public vote and judges' vote will be combined to find the winner. Six companies have been shortlisted (Electric Ireland, Flogas, Pure Telecom, Sky, SSE Airtricity and Virgin Media) but only one will come out on top!
The bonkers.ie Awards
The bonkers.ie Awards has been designed to celebrate excellence in customer value in the Irish market in 2017. RTÉ's Joe Duffy will the be MC on the evening, Dr. Pete Lunn of the ESRI's PRICE Lab is the guest speaker and the Peter McVerry Trust is our chosen charity partner.
