hi, can you please tell me the best pre-paid debit mastercard that can be used and excepted to book flights on ryanair, to avoid admin fees? many thanks, Paul Sexton

Dear Paul,

As you say, pre-paid MasterCards can be used to avoid the Ryanair administration fee. This is charged at €6 per flight leg so you could end up paying an extra €12 per return flight if you pay with anything other than a pre-paid MasterCard.

We don't list pre-paid credit cards yet on bonkers.ie, but we are planning to add them soon. We like the moneybookers.com pre-paid MasterCard because it's fee to top up, there are no transaction fees and you can top it up with your laser card. Also, they only charge a €10 annual fee which will be more than paid for with one Ryanair trip.
