Who is the best suppliers to go to for electricity, heating oil, broadband etc?

Any cheap places to buy tables, slide robes atc?

How do I apply for a grant to insulate the house?

Any info welcomed!

For insulation grants you should check Sustainable Energy Ireland http://www.sei.ie/

For second-hand goods of all forms, people tend to like DoneDeal. You might even have some luck with the sliderobes!

Tried to use this website to find cheapest electricity etc but its askin me to compare old amounts and what we already have in etc. , as I am a first time buyer I dont know what to put into this so cant find out what electricity etc is best for me! Any ideas?

Hi Donegal

We have just updated the calculations for exactly that reason - you can now choose to use the national average consumption amount for your calculations so you don't need to be aware of the previous bills to get an accurate calculation and find out the choices available.
